Hello guys,
Really sorry to hear about your problems, it seems there is bad batch of them out in the UK. If you have any problems with your shop being slow, please send me an email ([email protected]) and I will make sure you have a new unit within a week.

Regards,
Erik

Are there any plans for a version that will be compatible with 4 cells?

Trips, yes we already have some prototypes for 4 cell packs. At the moment we are testing them and thinking about ways to implement that. But this has no high priority for us, everything is focussed on our new I.C.C. charger for now. Very rough availability estimate would be end of this year, or early next year.

Hebiki, I suggest not to increase the wire length. By doing this you will lose accuracy, the device is callibrated for this length of wire. 35 amps is a lot, and the voltage drop across the wires is in the equation. If you still decide to do it, increasing the wire length without opening the unit is fine. I suggest remove the alligator clips and solder on some longer wires. Cover it nicely with shrink wrap. Try not to increase it by more than 10 cm's. But remember, measurement readings could be changed after that.
