Default Does this seem like a good deal?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/140680668905...ht_5596wt_1123

I was looking at getting a second T3 and came across this. Look to be in good shape and has some extra stuff that I can use to build a larger car. Talked with the seller and he said all the original parts are included so I can either leave it as is, which he said is really fast, or bring it back to stock for some local racing as a back up car.

Is it a good deal to go for or should I offer less?
