Looks awesome! I'm hoping next winter we will have enough interest for a WGT class locally. Only 4 more races of onroad left for us or I'd try to get something going this winter. I know where I'll be looking for a cool body when the time comes.

Looks awesome Gary!!! I figured you'd be the first to bring a "new-spec" Daytona Prototype to market.

Things are headed towards a return of the SWT Series, but for
2017 the focus will be on the Encino Velodrome (and dirt oval racing)

Dude-
The new Corvette DP might work on a World GT chassis. I'm almost sure our MX-P Daytona Proyotype will. See below.

Hey Joe-
Maybe Ford will make a Mustang DP car...you know I'll make it!! LOL

Gary, do all your bodies come with trim decals (ie headlight, grill and tail lights)?

Also what are the characteristics of your bodies in terms of handling and downforce? Comparing the new Corvette DP with the MX-P and even the Wildcat 3.

Regarding the 190mm designation. We indicate 190mm on a body in reference to the size car it's intended for, not the actual measurements. The actual width measurements on the MX-P body is 198mm front and 200mm rear. on the Corvette it is actually 192mm front and 195mm rear. So the MX-P Daytona Prototype body may work on some World GT cars.

As for handling, the Wildcat 3 is very stable and works quite well. The MX-P Daytona Prototype is very neutral and stable. It's my personal preference and has to be one of the top handling bodies that exist for 190mm cars. The Corvette DP is so new I don't have enough info to say for sure yet, but I suspect it will be very similar to the other two.

I'm willing to carve a few mm's off a set of rear tires to try the Corvette DP on my Gen-X10le.

Would you do a new Riley in 200mm for WGT for us too Gary?

Cypress-
There hasn't been much new information on the 2012 DPs except the Corvette. Hope to see more this weekend. Hopefully there will be more RC interest in the DPs too.
