EP Foam tire front diff ... which to use?
 

To all EP foam tire gurus out there...

Should I use spool / 1-way / gear or ball diff at the front when using foam tires on EP touring?

I ask this because I am planning to run foam on asphalt. Since form tires will decrease in size over a run, I am not sure which front diff setup I should use for the best handling, or maybe it does not make a difference.

Any comments are welcome, thanks!

I would still try a spool upfront and a close next would be a geardiff with thick oil.

I would not recommend the spool on the front with foam tires if your on a high-traction surface. I would suggest the gear diff with moderate fluid in the 10,000wt area.
