Default help with charging

Well im new to electric, and i just built two 4 cells 3300 unmatched packs. I begin to charge and discharge to cycle to batteries (im using a 969 pro charger) and after a few times of doing this, the best the packs peak at is 1800mah....why is this?

nitro dude,

Actually it usually works the other way around, usually you put the most in on your forst charge. I'm thinking you are not fully discharging your cells before you recharge or the delta peak is not set correctly. Do the cells feel nice and warm when charged? I'm not familiar with the charger, what other info is it giving you when the charging is complete?

Chris.
