Default SPEKTRUM DX3s.????

HOW WILL sticking THE STICKER THAT STICKS TO THE SPUR gear that SENDS THE SIGNAL TO THE SPEED SENSOR FOR THE TELEMETRY GIVE YOU AN ACCURATE RPM OR MPH READING?
HOW CAN YOU GET A MPH READING OFF THE SPUR GEAR?

It works like the mph gauge on a bike. you stick on the spur and its magnatized and another one to read it when it goes by it, then it will show you rpm.
