I signed up on this forum because of your post. I just recently bought a new sprint 2 flux also, bunch of upgrade parts, going to do some speed runs then set it up for drifting. My first RC ever, costly but well with it. I'll keep you guys posted.

unless you got lots of money in the bank, DON'T do speed runs. At speeds above 50 mph and crappy tires, you will spin out and hit your neighbors mailbox.

Take care of all the steering issues and you could run top speed. There are just so many to fix...

is the sprint 2 flux motor the same as the one that comes in the Castle Creations 1/10 Mamba Max Pro 5700kV System????

Not even sorry for dragging this one out of the archives.
Wondering if you ever got around to making a carbon chassis for the sprint and using it? I'd be interested in trying it myself.
