Default Spur gear question

Anyone of the Tamiya heads know what these are made out of?



I hope its not plastic like the stock item

Dammm, must have to go easier on it then. My TT and Yokomo ST likes to destroy them when going hard on slicks. Too many reverse to full foward I think

They seem to be a good quality plastic, i never strip any of tamiya spurs.,

Nylon is more smoother and quieter but strip just as easy
