More like a 100% legal Trinity motor at 160 deg.

More like 72 pinion and 68 spur....

I really do not know what VTA is running for FDR, but I'm guessing in the very low 3 range....

17.5 guys are 3.1-ish.... Snowy had his Novak stuff at 2.95!

So VTA should be about 1:1

You get it backward...I used my PINION as spur and SPUR as pinion....really.

My VTA is actually a DIRECT drive like 12th scale, thats the only way I can get to the 1.2 final drive with 54* timing....LOL

If you are driving in, I would strongly recommend bring a chair, as my back is sore from the the chairs they have. But I'm old...

Oh and a motor with very long legs....

This is a big track and even though they will change the current layout, it is still going to be fast. Otherwise, the setup won't be that much different than carpet. The track is very smooth and will be well prepped.

You may want to spring for the premium pit spots. You can pit on the indoor dirt track but it is stuffy, humid and dusty in there and you may need to bring your own table and chair. You could also pit outdoors but you'll have to schlepp a lot of stuff for that. The premium pit spaces are small but provide everything you need. They are just under 2' x 4'. I keep a lot of stuff under the table in my big box. Several guys have built themselves "risers" that provide extra shelf space going up from the table.

Make sure you have ball cap with a good visor and a good pair of sunglasses. The driver's stand faces almost directly West and when the sun starts to set, it can be a real challenge on sunny days.

That's all I can think of for now. Hope it helps.
thanks guys...buying table, tent, ect no thanks, Ill take to inside for $30 Bob...

so for my TC6's...VTA, 102/58*2=3.03 FDR....TC 17.5, 96/58*2=3.31 FDR

Mod...????????

Default tuning rotors in the D3.5

Does anyone know about the status of the tuning rotors in the D3.5?
The approval list for the rotors does not include that motor.

All the rotors should be listed at the bottom of the approval page.

You can only do 2 classes...and no stock with mod, all stock or all mod. Mod should be 7.8 final with lots of boost/turbo and 4.0T with 1 run tires.....
