Originally posted by Impulse_racer Thank you to Jason and BMI. But the real thanks goes to this place where people like me can get advice on how to get better at this hobby. I sent in the money to help with the sight and as a way to say thank you, not with the notion or hope of winning anything. I am usually not lucky this way. I missed a $22 million lottery by one digit. To answer a couple of comments I have only been in the hobby for about three years, the first year gas only with a Serpent Impulse(my first r/c car). I have only been runnig Electric Sedan for 2 seasons and don't feel I have the experience compared to the others who post here to contribute, YET. Also I have developed a love for batteries and motors over gas and engines. I am Xray_racer on Teamxray.com and Rccars.com. Lastly I want to thank all of you who HAVE contributed. You have helped me go from a last place wall banger to on a good day an A main winner and third or better on off days. I am a much bigger fish in my small pond than I used to be thanks to you guys. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. |
Congratulations Impulse-racer! :D

I received the chassis kit today and it is be-u-tiful. I may put my old bulkheads back on just to match it. Installing it went smooth except for one thing I couldn't figure out. Posted it in the BMI thread. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks. Can't wait for practice tommorrow. Sincere thanks to rctech.net, Jason, and BMI. Happy Holidays to all.
