Default any body got info on brushed motors

I think I know what I'm doing but wont to make sure. installing the Capacitors is what I need help with. I know the way to go is brushless but I'm just getting back into r/c I'm on a budget.

Capacitors has no polarity one leg goes to ground (can) one to the + and the same with the - side. is that right?
