hmmm....................I understand there could be one in the future. There has been R&D with the Female version. Here are the list of problems:

1: when pit woman is bent over to fuel the car, most of the field crashes for no reason.

2: When the pit woman turn marshals, people reck by her for no reason.

3: When using the pit woman, racers tend to not get there car ready for the race, but instead try to commicate with pit woman.

4: The pit woman seams to be higher maintance than the pit man.

these are just some of the issues currently known with the pit woman.

is there also the occasional nagging or bombardment that its a waste of time? If so, they would definately need to reprogram.

Not that was solved. it took a bit of time, but it was solved.
