My sphere's heatsink fell off after i was trying to remove it from my car....

It did have 3 lines of "white silicon" over the 3 chipsets. How do i re-adhere this?

what do i use?

You need a thermal Epoxy to redo it properly.

Do not use RTV silicone for two reasons. #1, doesnt allow heat to transfer properly, #2, the RTV silicone leaves an acidic compound which will cause corrosion, and eventually failure of the ESC.

Any good computer store should carry thermal epoxy. You can also make your own. (google how to make thermal epoxy).
