One thing that is disappointing abou the above picture is 2 people that obviously knew they were coming to this race for a long time ran all white bodies including the winner of the A main.
I can vouch for Chris Adams, 17.5 Spec ROAR National Champion. He has always run an "all white" body on his cars for quite some time. He has never been into the "flashy" paint jobs; his is more about getting his car set up and dialed in to the track and its conditions. Can't knock a man that prizes race results over paint schemes.

That sounds as rare as the Loch Ness Monster, Bermuda Triangle and red/yellow/green orbs in the sky! I dont believe it!

The greatest accomplishment for the utilitarian r/c racer will be to win a big race with a solid color body! That would make an horrible box picture

My paint scheme has been white for at least 5 years. 5 dollar rattle can does at least 4 bodies. Ill take that over a $40.00 paint job.

A question regarding VTA. What did everyone use for "ROAR Approved 25.5" motors? I ask because there are no 25.5 motors listed on the ROAR approved brushless motor list. Did people just follow the USVTA rules and use Novak ?
Thanks

That's a good question. I really wish Reedy made a 25.5 Sonic.

There were plans on Sunday to have pictures of the sponsor sheets sent to syndrome to populate his big race data website. I'll look into the progress on that on Thursday.

That would be awesome if you could make it happen. I've kinda burned out trying to chase down people's info, but I'm happy to update the site if I can get ahold of the sheets. Hit me up via PM or email [email protected].
