Repainted all boards, put up counter sunk flappers, retaining wall, layed out green carpet in dead areas, and have vacuumed at least 6 times so that the groove that was there before wont be a big deal. The layout is gorgeous and anyone that will see it in person can agree. The paragon smell is amazing. See ya Friday.
That track looks EPIC for 12th Mod.

Will have to crack open a can of paragon and watch it on Live RC

Great job out there, you can see all of the hours put into it.

thanks. I would say he's got to catch me first. but I'll probably blow out as I only held him off a little to take the 17.5 12th "C" at the birds.

as for the layout it's all good and looks fun. nothing can ever top the ROVAL from the birds a couple years back. you people that are complaining need to get out more......

I think the layout looks great - especially for modified.

I started trimming out my bodies last night, and I accidently filet-ed the rear wing open on the AMR I had painted up for Nats... so Ill be rattlecan-ing one this evening.

I would definitely buy some headlight decals if you have them available.

Rediculous

Can we draw them on? How about just hot glueing a couple rhinestones to the front? LMAO @ these rules... Everyone knows that there's nothing realistic about these bodies in the first place right, okay just checking.

Nobody walks in off the street and goes "oh hey look at that sweet scale Mazda!" just because we put headlight decals on it . Headlight decals don't bring any realism to what we ad doing...

Wish I had turned my attention to this earlier, I could have made up decal sheets and paid for my trip!

The unfortunate situation we are in because every race has a different set of rules. Bodies and wings are one of the worst areas.

The question is do we treat like R/C racing like a miniature Motorsport (where appearance rules of some type or the norm) or as a run what you brung unorganized and unprofessional activity (which sad to say is the way it is going).

People complain about the smallest thing.... it's a rule.. no matter how crazy some people think it is... slap a sticker on and call it day... Having headlights or not will not make or break the event..

What is the problem with the sanctioning body trying to keep a little realism in the sport.

yeah yeah.. 12th scales do not look anything like a real car...

Go to the event, have fun and race...
