want to start a drift rc car

i am new to this but i want a good beginner drift rc car i only want to spend 250 including remote and chargers and batterys please help

HPI E10 Drift or Tamiya TT-01 Drift.

the tamiya said they need battery's and chargers and remotes what would you recommend
