It's the HPI Toureeza, but you're right, it does look like a Mazda 6.

nah... the only thing thats like a 6 is the grille sticker.

that looks to me like an Aero 2 body with different decal sheet! the front may have a little more lip to it, but not a lot. the greenhouse area looks nothing like a Protoform...........

Better be careful though. The thing might take off and in a couple years you will have a bunch of Beetle bodies that look like a Mazda 6.

Default Toureza Shape

The Toureza shape is a modified Aero 2 just for RTR cars, nothing else. Just a generic shape and maybe semi-track body but I doubt it.

The same goes for the other two, the Stiletto, and Venom truck. Just fun runners.

Mazda 6? Looks nothing like it. Like they said above... more of an Aero2 body for Nitro cars (200mm).

So has the Strat 3 been released yet?

first thing i noticed is the height of the rear wing. very high up. this will either be bad for sanctioned events (small wing, due to "wing inline with roof rule") or it is good for clubbies.

i wonder if the hi wing helps in grabbing less turbulent air like in drag cars?

looks ok. mazda front end lower lip and what looks like a alfa'ish'rear end.

Default RTR BODY

This is NOT a race body at all. Its just for RTR cars to come out of the box with a generic body. Thats the new plastic wing from HPI and it will be a separate wing kit too. Its based directly off the Aero II not an Alfa or anyhing else. It was never tested for track use.

You know what.

Im just going to run Dale's Cadillac CTS-V R body.

Why?

1. Its a friggin Caddy.
2. It LOOKS like a REAL Caddy.
3. I am into racing for fun and for the hot chicks, and chicks like guys who drive Caddy's.

So thanks dale, for making my Cadilac Dream come true.

Bottom line: (I know Im late but have been gone for two weeks) If you guys dont like the bodies, start with your locla shops and tracks. If no one races the "sactioned" events at the tracks, the tracks wont pay for the ROAR (and other) certs. If they dont pay, the Roar guys will ask why, and when the tracks tell them it becasue all the local racers think your body rules suck ass and dont want to participate, so we see no need in paying to be ROAR sanctioned, then Roar and the others will be forced to take a look a what they do. I am not sure if tracks have to pay to be an official ROAR trackor not, but you get the point. You can complain al you want, but those "unrealistic" bodies that no one likes, wouldnt exist if we didnt buy them, and tracks didnt allow them.
