You are missing:
-a bearing set
-spur gear
-differential balls
-diff rings
-steering tie rods
-front springs
-rear bulkhead plate (wing mount)
-rear axle height adjusters (Tamiya #58258)

Also, the bearing that comes with the differential housing should be replaced with a thrust bearing.

Since you are purchasing everything separately, I would replace the F104 diff housing (54148) and carbon shaft (54162) with Tamiya #84380. It includes updates of the previous 2 parts and it places the spur gear closer to the centerline of the car, and it also comes with the correct differential rings. The bearing that is supplied with it however should still also be replaced with a thrust bearing.

Thanks!!, Seems like that diff kit is outta stock. Gotta see if my LHS have them or not. Im going to be using the Exotek front suspension kit with the spring dampers so front springs is included in that kit.

I forgot to mention I have F1 spare parts at home so bearings spur gear, tie rods, diff balls are covered. Thanks for reminding me. The rear wing mount and height adjusters I do need to get. Thanks again

You'll be ok with the diff halves on your list. I just happened to need a new diff set and I had the option. I've installed the TRFstyle diff on mine but I haven't run it yet. I might not even feel the difference, but it was the same price so why not?

I forgeot you were going with the Exotek front suspension. I'm still using the F104 front suspension on mine.

What are bearing sizes I need for the rear diff? All I can find are 1280 and 1060 bearing but it doesnt say the size. They seem to be harder than I thought just to find these bearings...

Those numbers are the sizes.
1280 is 12mm x 8mm bearing.
1060 is 10mm x 6mm bearing.

Thanks Terry,

Another question, since the Tamiya diff doesnt use the standard pan car rear diff, regular spur gear would not fit. Tamiya have this spacer (#54215). Is that what you guys generally run?

Thanks, saves me from buying the F104 bulkhead just for the ride height adjusters, too bad they are out of stock on rcmart
