Picked up a used F1R.
Any one know where I can get some screws?
I am mainly missing the lay down servo screw & not sure what size they are.

F1R is UF1 Midwest Champion. We have to run Pardus tires here for the series so setup is a lot different than typical with Pits or Rides. I'll get a setup sheet done soon and post it up along with some photos.

Hi, M3x6 button head or countersunk screws can be found most anywhere that sells RC cars. fastener-express.com too.

Just a heads up for F1R owners- I've developed a new thinner 2.5mm chassis plate set for the F1R. This chassis has proven to generate substantially more overall grip front and back thanks to it's thickness, softer weave and special shape and all while reducing traction roll.
My test driver, while using a prototype chassis, easily TQ'd and lapped even the 2nd place car in the first two mains at the first race of the 2013 UF1 season.

Just in time for the new season to fend off all the new F1 car releases
ETA Monday.

Why is it obsolete?? Rick just won the UF1 Midwest series with the same as yours and I'm not releasing a new conversion, just the bottom plate. Also, I have been generous in swapping parts in the past but only to guys that are nice to me in an email

Damn it! Now there goes my whole thinking process. New stuff, I quit. No seriously I look forward trying the old chassis and comparing it to the new. Good stuff here, anything to keep me ahead of those Tamiyas.

Interested I am driving outdoors on an open large asphalt track 50m straight so all grip enhancements are welcome (we drive 13.5T, rubbers or foam)

Shoot me a PM when they are available.

I should be the test driver. If I can keep up with the top two guys in my region, that would be enough evidence.
