Hi Aaron.
I thought that may be the case and it does look a very straight forward change to make.

Thanks Aaron.

Man I'm still having second thoughts about building this chassis. Nothing to do with the kit itself or its capabilities, I just know I'll build it, I'll throw new electrics at it, run it a few times, and that's it. Maybe not even race it. Seems like overkill for what I'm gonna end up using it for. It's a nice looking car though, I just keep looking at pics of it.

Hey Guys, does anyone know which "low profile" batteries 2S shortys work with this chassis and with the protoform f1 fifteen body?

buy it, build it with all the options (ifs, etc) race it and before you know it you will race it some more. If not...benchracing is nice too, especially with this nice kit ;-)

I don't think the lipo height is the problem, see http://www.rctech.net/forum/14336849-post1801.html

How I hate the "minimum post rule"

One other thing:
My F1R2 (without ifs) is awesome with rubber and foams. The latter lead to grip roll. What should I do?
Right now the rear has a soft middle shock spring, 1million in the side tubes and soft side springs. I didn't use hard springs in front up till now. What else can I do?

Try softer side springs, thinner damper tube grease (20k) and CA the sidewall of the front tires. And try and reduce the CG.
