It's not yoke's new E-type.
It's an Honda Accord, I don't know who makes it, maybe Kawahara (they have a 200mm version)

But I also would like to know which body Hara used at the worlds.

That's the Rayspeed Honda body and it will be available shortly if it isn't already.

and it's Basically a Copy of the Ride MKII from the Hood line back and the wing is a little different..(wider)..but handles very good!

This was going to be a carpet body, But after running it I could see it being a great 200mm body as well!
