The Team Associated TC4 RTR touring car would be a good package to look at.

Al you'd need to do is change the rubber tires to some drift ones and you're ready to go.
The TC4 has a good rep and it uses sealed gear diffs (not the oil filled varitey), parts easily available and a good amount of tuning options.
