I dont know what name it has but I know that they sell it at Brownies hobbies on Staten Island. When I buy tape from there... always works like a charm. It comes in a roll ,but not the light blue one. That always disappoints. Its the white colored roll.

Novak tape is made by 3M its clear rubbery and stays stuck no matter what, I use it religiously and live in Brisbane, even after my cars were in the car yesterday for 3 hours, there was no issue with the tape at all.

The gray 3M "permanent" outdoor mounting tape.

The trick to removing it is to twist the two pieces. The shear force isn't that great, but the force to remove it by prying i enough to break the plastic case it's attached to.

My preference is the stuff that's clear and rubbery, like silicone, and it comes with a red plastic backing on the roll.... outside of that, I like shoo goo or plumber's goop (same stuff)

Go to the hardware store and buy a roll of the scotch tape and be done with it. Plus $3 buys you an RC lifetime of tape. I've yet to have this fail me.

+1. I prefer the clear stuff as it still holds very tight but is also quick and and easy to remove.

I haven't used the parma, bit the 3m stuff is great, both have red backing, indoor one is clear and the stronger outside one is gray. In Au you can get it at bunnings (not with tapes, but picture hanging accessories) .

The ones that are used for mounting rear spoilers on real cars should be pretty strong.

Put some uhu , shoe glu ,spray glue, or similar on the servo tape itself
Makes it stick alot better, & will come off cleanly.
Just avoid the paper based servo tape . Its too hard to get off cleanly.

be careful making thing stick too strongly.
Ive had 2 esc cases open up in crashes, as the bottom stays stuck & the top is determined to move

+1 The other great thing is when you want it to come off, it comes off in one piece!

I was running low on conventional servo tape though and on such a strong recommendation ordered the Parma stuff. $10 shipped on ebay.

Also you can get shoe goo from Athletes Foot stores, it cost me $12. I believe Rebel Sport sell it too.
12 dollars holy smokes ! 4.99 at big lots !

This is what I uses for my race cars. Plus at AE we are doing a lot of electronics testing where components are being installed and removed on a regular basis and this works perfectly because the components never fall out of the cars but they can be removed easily and there is no residue to deal with.

As far as R/C brands go, MIP has always been my favorite.
