Default battery charger?

What charger do you recommend for a 4-cell set-up?

What are the benefits of the charger you recommend? is it multi-function ie> discharger, motor break-in, etc?

Budget does matter, but I am also a believer of buy the best and only cry once, Besides forgiveness is easier to get than permission

I have two that I use continously and Love them both.
The Integy 16x5
the GM Commander.
The Integy is one of the best and it has only false peaked once in a year.
The Commander has more features but you pay for them. If you are on a budget get the Integy 16X5 it won't let you down if you want a great charger.
My two pennies are for free.
Thansk for listening,
