i have the trinity monster quad (soon to be using EA motors though) and the monster quad is pretty good...a fair amount of torque while still keeping the needed rpm....very good motor if geared right.

i will comment on the EA motors when i get mine.

and, i must say there isn't much point in having top motors, tuned motors by EA, teambr00d, paradigm etc etc if you dont have good batteries....

and like others have said, see what the fast guys are running, ask them what suits your track (and again its been said before but some motors suit tracks that other motors dont)

but i;m sure when ive raced with the EAs (will be 12th december..might be 14th can't remember what date the next biws is) i;m sure ill be able to swear by them...heard loooooads of good things about them.

a lot of people run the new fantom monsters at my track. They seem to be crazy fast, I think I might try one some day. I am using an original monster pro...

I would go with EA if I were you, the Fantoms are not so rah rah, you have to get lucky to get a good one, my fellow racer bought about 4 of them and 3 were bum, but one was good (not as good as a EA) hope you get lucky.

NitroKid-MVP's good?
Well that depends on the racing your doing and if you know how to tune them.

Before I recommend a motor I have to ask WHAT KIND of racing your doing.

Monster's work well on bigger tracks in offroad and probally the best sedan motor for medium to big tracks.
For smaller or tighter tracks I would recommend different motor's.
Let us know what TYPE of racing your doing and what the track size is like so we can better recommend a motor instead of dropping names and a type of motor before even asking you some simple questions. You guys will learn 1 day.1 day I hope SOON.

If your track allows the epic binarry go with it, i prefer the fantom vertion.

lol just pick a motor and run it. gearing and setup is where yah need to me man. all the motor in the world isn't going to make a driver. practice practice practice. try different setups then once you master it then get a stronger motor.
not saying you can't drive just practicing and trying different setups usually makes the driver not the motor in a stock class.
