Dirla's car doesn't need a bumper. It needs a roll cage and airbags

Just wanted update on my spur gear issue. After trimming the spur and still gritty. I keep rebuilding it couldn't get it. Bearings felt good but I replaced them just to see and bam butter smooth again. Feel a little dum now

The bearing that takes the load on the outside can be tricky.

if you can abide the price of entry, the slapmaster thrust bearing will eliminate your outer diff bearing troubles for good. admittedly their thrust bearing is a little pricey. but once that one time investment is made, crunchy diff action will be a thing of the past. and a tip (if you ever do decide to pick up a slapmaster), I run mine with flat side of the little rings (not the side with the groove machined in) facing towards the captured balls thrust bearing itself. The diff spins more free that way and yet it still seems to stay smooth indefinitely.

Im look into the slap master setup next. But first i gotta figure out which new motor im going get that seems be a task with all the ones out there. So far either a thunder power, speed passion v3 1cell , or a duo 3. choices choices.
