If your running 30mm then you can run 28 or 26mm.

Most TC3s will run 30mm in the rear and 26-28mm in the front maybe with some dremel work

28rear 26front should go without modification.

Really depends on shock mount positions in most cases

If you are running 28mm and they rub, 30mm will be worst. Thats if you mean they are rubbing the front shock when you turn. If so you will need to run with the shock in the inside hole on the arm. When brand tires are you running. Some brand wheels are taller than others.

Default 28mm Tires Rub

They should only rub on the front steering blocks. Rear hub carrier should be fine. You just need to get some thin washers to space the wheel out and you are good to go. The thin white HPI spacers are the best.
