That's true !
I believe Xray using a special cf but I'm quite happy with cso chassis +t3 topdeck so far

Main new parts compared to T3-11:

301132 T3-12 chassis
303087 T3-12 shock tower rear
302086 T3-12 shock tower front
301193 T3-12 upper deck
302526 Composite dual servo saver arm
372503 Composite servo saver X-stiff
302253 Composite steering block hard

along with gear diff, upper clamps, open ball joints and pivot balls, and of course different turnbuckles for the servo link.

5th body post holes on Front shock tower are missing - hopefully they will be on the Production Towers

Also notice on the setup sheets there is an option for all 4 suspension blocks to be 1 piece or 2 piece - so option parts coming later.

Edit: Sorry, only three of the suspension blocks has that option - the rear of the rear is new.

Ok, so a new chassis and top deck, everything else the same.

Not a problem for me, it was expected tbh. To be fair, you are getting alot of upgrades as part of the standard kit now.

It looks like the new chassis and top deck has been aimed towards the tarmac market - a more flexible version of what we have already.

I've just got myself a 2nd Xray '11 pretty cheap, I have all of the new upgrades, plus alu shocks and ecs driveshafts. The good news is I haven't wasted my money!

Hadn't noticed that!

Hope they are there as well as I also use the 5th body post.
I'll just stick to the T3'11 front shock tower as I don't use the lowest shock position now

Already pre-ordered the top deck, as it will mean I have an extra flexi item for asphalt racing. Keep the current T3'11 top deck for carpet racing.

They already exist for the front and rear and are part numbers 302047-O and 302048-O respectively.

Yes I am aware of that, the point is the rear of the rear also have the option for a two piece suspension block on the setup sheet, and they do not exist yet.

Nope.

On Xray Forum Martin said they weren't needed in electric TC, only nitro.
