+1 on the shaft drive, I head it's a plastic shaft similar to the TT01, less weight..

I'm considering getting a T3 2012 when they come out, but I'm hoping they keep the orange.
My motors, batteries and servos are all orange now. They clash with the red cars I currently drive, but would look perfect surrounded by XRAY orange.

shimable upper mounts like the 417
rotated steering servo like the 417
shocks like the 417
better price and parts availability than 417

If you look at the development of RC cars through history, offroad followed on-road in the shock diameter department.

I have some oil dampers from the mid 80's that have a 3/8" inside bore, very tiny by today's standards.

+1...and include gear diff. Actually I'd be happy with just a gear diff and stripping the orange ano.
