Ideally both, but perhaps mainly mid, I'm having to slow too much for corners.

I think you'd be better off just buying the cheap $1 bearing and just tossing them when they get a little gritty.

Default Setup ideas for west london

Ive had a look at your setup and here's a few ideas-

+ First thing try a 1.3 front roll bar (loads of steering)
+ Raise front ride height to 5.5, same as rear to give front end more roll
+ Lay down rear shock (better rotation middle to exit)
+ 1 degree front toe out instead of 0.5 ( better steering around sweeper and initial turn in, also better stability)
+ lower ackerman to 1mm or 0mm to get more mid to exit steering
+ Lengthening front turnbuckle link will give you more mid to exit steering as well.

Hope some of those ideas help!!

Is the Center Mount servo thingy released yet? In stock anywhere, I can't seem to find it anywhere.

With the chassis, 0.75mm has been taken in on both sides front and rear in each of the corners. If you compare it to yours you will see the down stop parts on chassis seems to stick out further on the photos.

You can also see the servo has been moved fully inboard!
I noticed the Exotek T3'11 chassis (which I just removed) is narrower along each side than the kit '12 chassis.

Despite the extra cutouts the current '12 chassis feels almost identical when flexing it in my hands to the Exotek 11 chassis.

Is or does?

It's when you put thicker shims at the front of the front wishbone pivot block and use thinner shims at the back of the front wishbone.
Effectively giving the front arms a 'swept back' look.

I believe it's supposed to help with turn in at corner entry.
Although when I've tried it outdoors it's been of limited use, I think it requires good grip to begin with and on tight carpet tracks it can make the car hook on sweeping corners

both actually. i think i know what it is but not sure.

On your setup for more steering, have you tried to lower or remove the 2mm spacer on the top of your shock. i found that having that spacer, made the steering lazy, to me. I have recently gone to the short link in the front and i like it for steering, and if i went longer, middle link, that also made the steering slower.

The 2mm is for arm sweep, not on the shock.
I also started with middle hole front links and went to shorter, which helped.
