Default Tekin RS and RS pro on 1s LiPo?

Getting back into pancars , and was wondering if the Tekin RS and RS pro esc would be ok to run on 1s LiPo.

If so , are most using receiver packs or the transcap units?

take a peek here - http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...ighlight=Tekin - it's all about the RS and 1s lipos

I have seen people using the receiver packs and a voltage boosters - and both with great success.. Personally, I use a voltage booster and not a receiver pack (I could never get it to visually look nice)
