Need to show off pics of this chassis when you're done Rodzilla, kinda like FRP porn.

Ask and you shall receive. It's hard to get the camera to focus on a 2.5mm shinny edge...but you get the idea

I actually found a set of the Wacoal decals in my Rothmans Porsche build manual today. Two "Pretty in Pink" cars would be scary. let me know how you come up with the pink and burgundy colors for the body.

I would expect they would be.
This is more of an eXpert class, not spec.

That isn't to say that all the hop-ups will improve performance.
Some will be tuning options.

Do you think this is leading to the separate development of a high level tamiya 12th say that Mark would race at worlds?

Or will they sell conversions to make this a worlds level car?

This car is sure making a lot of people happy regardless

I'm waiting on the Newman Porsche to come out before getting one. Hopefully the hop-ups will be well distributed by then.

Plastic is Fantastic

With kit tires, the RM was super easy to drive at Tamiya HQ track, and that's a track that is notoriously loose with foam tires.

For Tamiya fans it's a 1060 and for the rest of you it's a 10mm x 6mm. It's the axle bearing on this car!
It takes only the tiniest bit of love with a body reamer to pop it into the spur (can almost force it in) as the difference is about .010" which is exactly 2 natural blonde pussy hairs.

YR4Dudedude gets credit for inspiring me to go check it out.
Rockstar this one is (Yoda voice).
I tried something similar to what you posted. I wrapped some sand paper around a spare tail boom of one of my electric helis (almost any shaft would work) and carefully sanded (like rolling dough) the inner hole of a spur gear to fit a 1060 bearing. Works perfectly. Thanks for the tip!
