Default Team Orion or Team Sorex

I will be racing the Norrca Nats this year in Saugus, and was wondering which tire I should run. People who run at HotRods (the track where the Nats will be held) run Sorex 32 and 36 rated tires. Logic states I should run what the locals run but what about Team Orions tires. The Team Orion tires come four to a package so theres a cost advantage to these tires. They sell them at Hot Rods (they sell Sorex too)Has anyone had any experince with these tires? Anybody who runs at Hotrods try them there yet??
Thanks Sponger

No disrespect to you but if the locals run that tire (most are sponsored driver's) shouldn't that be the tire you would want to run? I'm all for saving a buck but say you get the Orion's and they don't work out there, you know have to spend more money to get a tire that works or you'll just be hating life if the car doesn't work.

I've used Team Orion and Sorex tyres and my advice is:

Send the farthest you can TO tyres!. Way too thick and the damn until you don't remove those brilliant and greasy finish the tyres simply don't work.

Sorex are sold in pairs, but are too much better than Team Orion tyres, more rubber thickness and the grip is assured for more packs than the 'other' tyres.

Thanks for the advice guys. It looks like I'll be placing an order for Sorex tires.

I wouldn't choose Team-orion tires over Sorex tires.
They didn't work for me at all.

Compound was closer to the plastic than to the rubber.
