RDLogics Diff Cases

Has anyone tried the cast aluminum diff cases for their electric TC3 made by RDLogics? They look interesting but I am concerned that they may be too heavy. The folks at RDLogics have told me that each diff case weighs 1 1/2 oz but I don't have the weight of the stock composite parts to compare with. Does anyone know what the stock diff cases weigh?

Not worth th emoney for them. Performance wise I wouldn't they only add weight. For Bling facture they look great and don't get all dinged up either. But for the price I would just buy some lexan paint and clear coat and paint the stock diff cases. Plus you have to put some loc-tite on the screws to keep them from falling off. And if you are using the Factory Team screws even light Loctite will make it nearly impossible from strippig the screws when you need to remove them, yes you will have to if you break a A-Arm. So I wouldn't, Just my two pennies.
Hope this helps
