transmission ratio

I have a TC3 with a transmission ratio of 2.5. Then my yr4m2 has a transmission ratio of 2.2. Given the same gear ratio (spur/pinion), same tire set, and best setup of both cars, does the yr4M2 run faster than the TC3 on the same track ?

Yes. Technically anyway according to the gear ratio/roll out calculator I have it should.
