Sweet, I've been waiting for this one. I do believe that's what I will be running this winter.

Question, is the front width the same or is it wider? If it's wider, will you offer a cross brace for long arms?

front end has same screw pattern as standard gxl so all the long CRC arms and stuff still fits. only major difference beyond the complete chassis I can see is the back crossbar is not attached like the winglets that the gxl has which should make it stronger.

I guess this SM chassis is supposed to be a complement to CRC.

about the same as CEFX making chassis for the RDX a few years back or the BMI chassis I have for my 06 Xray. it's about market and filling demand. one company made the inline lipo for the 12r5 before associated came out with it. Bruce has a inline conversion for the xray 12th scale also. demand and supply. if someone in the GXL thread hand made a inline lipo chassis. you think there is demand for it.

We're there any inline cars in the A-mains in 17.5/mod?

That picture make the car look as long as a WGT car AND a 1/12th scale...LOL
