Default Tamiya M-03 Spring Question

If anyone is in So Cal and they happen to go to WCRCR, or anyone who might have info for a med to high bite pavement track. I bought the Tamiya spring set that comes with the 2 soft 2 med and 2 hard. What do you recommend for front and rear?

Thanks for all of your help in advance

Thanks!
