Default Brushless Motor Problem

Hi,

Im running a Novak Super Sport Brushless system and everytime I attempt to accelerate from a stand still I get the locked rotor symbol. If I give the car a nudge forward it will accelerate without problem. On the occassion that it does accelerate It sounds like its stripping the spur or pinion. WHen I accelerate with the car in the air I get no problem. I though the drive train may be binding so I completely pulled it apart and it is super free. I though I may have a stripoped spur or pinion so i changed them and same problem.

Any advice?

Any help would be really appreciated, its frustrating me to no end.

Cheers,

Mossie

Hmm. never heard of this problem, but its possible debris have gotton in the motor and slowed the rotor and stopped it as you said.

I had it happen once, it was a bad sensor or something...I took it back to Novak and they gave me a new one. You should PM Charlie from Novak, he's on here all the time...
