Does anyone have any recommendations for a stock motor?

could do a search on them, but Monster Pro is always a good choice.

Team Br00d, monster stock or epic 2 mag based are fast.

Monster Pro, Epic, Reedy MVP all good stock motors. See what the guys at your local track are running and go from there

yeah basicly what the others said is good......monstor pro/reedy mvp/p2k2 pro/peak hellfire/gm3/fantom quad mag/binary/orion core/raceprep/br00d/axiom/team paradigm/there all good

I like the Peak Hellfire. Most people reckon they are no good, but I like mine.

i would recommend a trinty monster stock with orion sprint brushes and a ratio around 6.1

Get either a monster based motor or a quad magnet motor and you'll be sorted

Default stock motors

the quad stock has a smal gearing window and is a pain to get right i run the monster based stock motor because it is much more forgiving on the gearingl

fken oath peak hellfire is so sick at my track im the only 1 using it but i always qualify 1st or 2nd........ill let the results speak for themself

The hellfire is a torque motor you must have the gearing spot on but through my racing past i have tried the range of stock motors and keep returning to trinty based stocks
these motors keep me in the lead at my local club :

our track changes all the time [indor on carpet so we change it to keep things interesting and complicate the hell out of things with always changing rollout and what not]so i have a few that i use at the monent it is the monstor but most of the time its the hellfire
