Questions?? Help please!!

Anyone knows how much sould be approximately the gap between sensor and rotor on a brushless motor? And what's the benefit if the magnet is closer or not to the sensors?

Did you try the manufacturers website or contact the manufacturer cause they have the answer. Here on RCTech you might get different answers.
