Yup its no harder than building a regular pack. Accept getting them in the sleve when your done is a pain. Good luck.

it will take 2-6 weeks to get to aus so cant wait hopefully it will be fast so i can race earlier

For the record, radiomodels in Perth sell the stick pack building kits.

Or GP3300 stick packs are cheap as chips these days. You could just buy a couple pre-made!

i just realised my charger is ni-cd and the new cells are nimh so will my charger still charge them
?????

Yes, you can still charge them. Set your delta peak / peak detect to .03 or .04 volts per cell, charge in a linear mode, and turn off the trickle charging. Watch the batteries when charger to make sure they don't get too hot. Temps should be around 130-140 when they come off the charger.
