Before worrying about a motor, I'd look into getting a better battery pack...

I agree, stock up on some good batteries and practice your racing lines...practice is more important than anything you can buy.

your track rules are different than mine. If your looking for a stock motor I would recommend a Monster Stock, or Putnam motor.

the revenge of the monster is a very popular motor along with the epic motor...

if you are looking for more out of the motor, then, you may want to contact someone with eamotorsports, putnam, paridgm(sp?) etc...

for your applications, which looks like a big track, that is pretty wide open, you might look at getting the epic based motor from eam

Yeah, I agree with Charlie. That's a really open track with a lot of high speed sections. If it's legal you might even want to try a Binary Quad Magnet Stock. Not as much torque as the 2 mag motor, but more RPM's. You're lucky too, that's a really sweet looking track.

I would recommend the whole line of stocks from Paradigm.
www.team-paradigm.com
Not only are they nearly the same price but if your motor is in need of a tune up, you can send it into them and for the cost of shipping $2.00 they will fix it up for free. Also I have won serveral races on there motors. I would have to agree about the Quad Mag for that track. The RM is still my favorite but it has losts of torque not rpm. Get the Binary series from Paradigm, it won't let you down. Although with a 1500mah pack the RM might suit you better to conserve energy for the long haul. How long are your heats? If they are 5 min or longer than get a RM if they are 3-4 min then go for the Binary.
These are my two pennies...there yours if you want them.
Oh and no I am not sponcered by Paradigm.
I only recommend what works the best. I haven't found a better place to do business with.
Take Care All

Thanks,
Stephen <><
