Hey Chris,
I'll be at Hobbycentral, Poway-San Diego Sat. 11-6.
I'm not sure yet if I'll be at La Mirada on 11-14 or racing off road at the new Palomar Raceway. I'll let ya know.
No problem "prototyping" a "SuperCooler-X", I'm sure you'll "feel" the difference. Are you running a Tamiya 415?
I'll bring a couple different models to let the guys from TAOB test!

I own and have been testing Jeff's creation and it works pretty good. Some cars might has accessibility issues, but so far it has fit on my Yok CGM, Schumacher Mi2, Losi XXXS-G+, Corally Assasin, and I will be testing it on my new TC4,and Corally RDX (when it comes). I notice a bigger difference when the track is large or when the gearing is being pushed on the motor and you're trying to extract more juice with excessive heat. You can usually go one to two teeth on a stock motor and the results show more efficiency.

Hey Guys,
Just to let those local racers that were to get with me this Saturday 11-06 @ Poway to try the "SuperCooler-X", I will NOT be there. My wife let me know that "we" will be at a wedding that day.
(If a tree falls in the forest, and theres no one there to hear it. According to my wife it's still my fault!)
Any way I'll be at LaMirada on Sunday 11-14 with a few proto type units for ya'll to try!
Thanks, Jeff -- Team Pharriswheel

jkerr0043, you've got PM

Jeff, I'm not sure if you're still selling these but I've been running the one I got from you and it's awesome so I thought I'd bump this thread up for you.

Hi Erik,

What was the theory behind this unit? Did it ever make it to market?

Hey, what if you took some rechargeble lipo cells (smal ones to save weight), combined them to make 12V, attached them to a low watt peltier that is connected to a switch for the 3rd channel.

Then you could have instant cooling action during the race. How long it lasts? i don't know. I'm sure you guys could figure that out.

you'd have to worry about where to mount that on the car, and it is still going to be heavier than anyone would want..

It's also 100% unnecessary if the cooler is used correctly before the run.

Well, i am a newbie. Please forgive me if someone has asked that before.
When you have 30C temp outside and -2C
at the motor or what ever difference of temp you are going to have moisture in the motor. Is it bad?

When someone made a P4 3.4Ghz running at 6.sth Ghz the whole system was in ice. Electricity cannot pass though ice, but can though water. So?
(Just asking, I am not making fun of anyone).
