pro3

I just got a pro3 and bought a 15turn mod motor. My question is, what would be the proper gearing for it. I have a 102 tooth spur on it. I need to know what would the best pinion for it. I dont want to blow the thing up, so please help!! Im not good at ratio's and figuring out those, so please if possible, list pinion sizes so i can better understand it.

Sorry, I'd like to borrow your thread... I run a 04r last night, FDR of 7. After a 3k pack, the motor (yok 23T) is quite hot, but still could touch it for around 4 seconds++ before the heat really got to me. The car is very punchy through infield, but lacks top end on the straight. Is this a sign I should gear up the pinion a tooth?
