New 3600 Cell

Looks like there will be a new cell being offered to the RC world here shortly... any thoughs on this one testing in Japan has showed very low IR nad improved run time over the current cells that are offered now

Hence the term ..."NEW"..so they would still have to be tested...just like every other "new" cell that has come out in the past

I've been racing since the red and yellow 1200 sc (anyone remember Saft) and the cells I hated the most were the 1700sce that could only be used once a week. Those things were frail but a necessity in dirt oval.

those cells are made by "INTELLECT". its widely used in HK for a while now. actually i have been up against it just last week. it had quite good punch and it looked like the power would last a lifetime. then SUDDENLY it dumped with around 2 laps to go. shockingly it was just a 19t race. rumour hassit that it was a bad pack cause some of the other racers didnt have this problem. will keep you posted as more testings occur.

Jack, I was 16 at the time and *wanted* to be sponsored by Twister motors.

Never did get that sponsorship from them...
