So, everything was torn a part and spead across the driveway multiple times over the past few weeks as I've been tearing it out and work on rebuilding it (cement foundation, frame a new wall, evict an ant colony..lol..etc). Major PITA!! But, demolition is done and it's on it's way back together. I should have the CNC back up and running any day and the rest is being cleaned up for a huge RC and other stuff garage sale - I need some room and it's time to clean up the mess!!

At the moment, we have different stuff drawn up to test but nothing in stone as to the direction of things. We lost MSI Raceway up here so my testing options are limited. We have seen a surge of orders pick up in the last 1-2 weeks and Angel has been shipping unless there is graphite parts we are out of stock on - Some she refunded but with things close to completion here we are just trying to get this wrapped up and back to cutting.

I'll try to stop up here more regularly here now that the season is starting and the orders are picking up.

I've seen this where he disappears for months at a time and then comes back and makes promises to be better but it seems to just happen time and time again! It's too bad because he seems to be a great guy and also a great car designer!

I just wanted to post and say that both Josh's mod 12th and his WGT car looked pretty awesome at IIC this past week. The WGT car looked untouchable in the main! I know there were several other CEFX cars out there, and they all looked fast as well (Pete and Michael come to mind).

Incredibly nice and very helpful guy to speak with as well, and I learned a lot from him in a short amount of time.

Thanks for all of the help with my 12th scale, Josh.

+1, i met Josh a few years back at the RAMS 40th anniversary race. we were both running Motonica's at the time, and i stopped by to say hello. I was a little shocked on how relaxed and approachable he was.

By the way, did you learn any new tuning tricks you want to share?

No more z4 wheels ? Glad I wasted my money on the hubs for wheels not around anymore ( didn't even last a year).

Josh posted a couple weeks ago that the tires will be sold through BSR since he's short on time to fullfill orders. Check back a page or two on the thread.

Isn't Someone else selling them now? Like John's Bsr?

Correction... he posted it on facebook on 9/17...

Alright, almost back up to speed here. Sorry everyone for getting off track but some things came up. Anyone checking out the CEFX site will notice that the Z4 Racing tires have been removed. The Z4's will now be handled directly from John's BSR Racing Tires rather than CEFX. We've bitten off more than we can chew (as usual for me) and figure this is the best way to get the Z4's out there with proper sales, distribution and support the racers deserve. BSR will have all the Z4 hubs in stock (shipped 10 huge boxes to BSR today!) along with tires and rims possibly tomorrow!

Isn't it just the nature of the beast? I mean we all know that he is going to be MIA the week of the Snowbirds and the week of IIC, ROAR Nats, Carpet Nats, Cleveland.....You get the idea. He races to develop and prove his product. If you want something then you might have to wait until X race is over. It just comes with the territory.
