Tamiya aluminum servo saver

I installed this in my car and it has alot of play, how do you guys use this or get rid of the play.

did you install it correctly? there should be two metal c-clip springs installed with it. If installed correctly there should be no play.

I thought I did. Hmmm..

If you use the High Torque Servo Saver, the C springs require replacement after some usage. Alternatively, when they become "loose", i.e., not centering correctly, you can remove them and use pliers to clamp the C springs close and reinstall again. But eventually they will lose tension and need replacement.

You should have two bright springs and a black one. Get the first bright spring (doesn't matter which), and then the second bright spring over it, then slide the black spring over the two bright springs.
