although i dont race onroad, id have to say the vantage series is my favorite for mod. for 19t it would have to be a dynasty, i have tried the reedy quad mag but it ate brushes like a horse. i have yet to try to many stock motors so i couldnt really declare a favorite

in reply to pink pac man, not if you mounted the tabs towards the esc

I'm running a small onroad track and using a monster stock motor. It does a nice job getting up to speed and also laying down the torque, but I would like to try something different. Any opinions on the Kisbey or Putnam stock motors?

those kisbeys arent that good in my opinion, people generally only use them for oval racing anyways, however i have no idea who sells them but i am aware that they are a little on the pricey side. as for putnam, iv heard of the company but have no idea about any of their products.

I race at Hobbytown Glen Burnie mostly, but I've started to visit RCO for a change of pace.

yup!! thats mike....

i've run for putnam for about 3 years...i like his product, but, as usual, you always gotta keep on the lookout for a potentially better product, SO, i am going to be trying some EA motors here shortly...just got some today, and i will be running them at DC ultra the next two weeks...

then, from there, i will decide which ones i like better...
