Default Hot Temps Info

I was wondering what causes hotter temps
Gearing or Boost

Would it be better to gear high with little boost
Gear low with a lot of boost
Or a happy meduim

Ive seen people do all the above Im not sure if its there driving style or what.

either one can led to a smoked motor if applied incorrectly. Much of what you are asking is hardware and application specific so it is tough to give anything but broad generalizations.
