Default driffrent specs for touring vs usgt please

Can someone tell me the different specs/rules for the USGT class and the touring car class.

motor
esc
tires
wheels
bodys

I have a TC3 that I was going to use for VTA at HotshotRc in Marietta Ga but Funds are low. Right now I have a Brushed motor in the car with a Mustang Body. I was trying to ask the guys if I could run touring with them. One guy said he doesn't care about the body. just wanted to know the different rules and what brushed to brushless motors were legal also is any ESC aloud in either class? I plan to get a GTB off one the local guys but it be a few weeks still, most likely it be VTA built after that I just wanted to really race in touring for the heck of it sure I be slow but who care its about having fun.

http://www.rctech.net/forum/racing-f...-rcgt-usa.html

What touring car class? Sportsman, Stock, etc? Most places running TC usually run 17.5 brushless, no timing ESC, rubber tire (Jaco Blues, Sweep QTS-32 True Blue, Solaris Medium, etc), and ROAR approved TC bodies (MazdaSpeed 6, LTC-R, etc).

here is what I found for the USGT rules:
Any 1/10 4wd or Fwd sedan with 4 wheel independent suspension.
4wd 1450g weight Fwd 1400g weight
Any 190mm or 200mm body….body can be any body that’s not on the ROAR T2 body list.
Any molded wings can be used. Lexan wings 10mm maximum height / side dam height
Tires-Any treaded (non–slick) rubber tire available 24 or 26mm, maximum non-sale street price of $12/pair at a USA retailer. Must used a non-molded (ex. open cell foam) insert.
Wheels- Any 24 or 26mm spoke (non-dish) type wheel
Motors- 21.5
Open ESC
6 minute qualifiers
8 minute mains
ROAR approved hard case batteries
Scale type race liveries encouraged
Driver figures NOT required

Hope this helps Chris

Thanks Hairy I couldn't find a link stating the rules. Are you not running TC anymore? all I see you with is your 12th.
I just want to run Poor boy needs to play also.

Thanks Darkside, VTA is what I want but I'm broke to fund it right now.
Wish I had got the deal you had last week but it went to a fellow nice guy at the track. It be good to get his younger son onto the track.
